  2. Step 2

    Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then shape into a loaf or rolls with wet hands and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

  3. Step 3

    Bake for about 60 minutes for a full loaf, or 25–30 minutes for rolls. Cool completely on a wire rack. Store in the fridge or freeze for extended freshness.
