Weigh 250 g of the mix into a bowl (enough for one loaf of approx. 500 g). Each 1 kg pack yields about four loaves.

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Add 300 ml of water to the bread mix, then stir well. Let the dough rest for around 5 minutes to thicken.
