    Preheat your oven to 175°C (347°F). Combine the bag’s contents with 350 ml of water (or replace some or all of the water with dairy or dairy-free alternatives).

  2. Step 2

    Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then shape your loaf or rolls with damp hands. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  3. Step 3

    Bake for about 60 minutes for a loaf, or 20–25 minutes for rolls. Cool slightly before slicing to enjoy the perfect texture.
