Chocolatey, nutty, pizza – you read that right! With this recipe, you can conjure up another delicious and sweet pizza creation in no time. For the base, we use yeast, which, thanks to Xucker Like Sugar, ensures a light and airy dough. For an unforgettable moment of indulgence, the chocolate pizza is spread with tangy, aromatic nut-nougat cream and then topped with fruit and white chocolate drops. The perfect recipe for the next party!
Instructions
1. For the pizza base, mix all ingredients and let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
2. Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).
3. Divide the dough into two pieces and roll out. Bake the pizza bases in the oven for 15 minutes and let cool completely.
4. Spread the pizza bases with the hazelnut nougat spread and garnish with the fruit, white chocolate chips, and mint leaves.
Tip: If you only want to bake one pizza, you can freeze the second piece of dough.
