Fruit crumble cake

Whole-grain crumble cake with no added sugar
Since fruit already contains a lot of fructose, we like to sweeten the batter with Xucker Like Sugar instead of sugar. This recipe uses Xucker Like Sugar, our popular sugar substitute.
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine the Xucker Like Sugar, salt, flour, almonds, and oats in a bowl. Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
2. Now add the flour mixture and stir until a heavy batter forms. Spread about 2/3 of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press down slightly. Spread the fruit on top. Crumble the remaining batter over the fruit as a crumble topping.
3. Bake the fruit crumble cake for 20 minutes.
