Low carb apple pie
An apple pie is always a treat, no matter the season—winter or summer. Today, we’re sharing a delicious low-carb apple pie recipe with no added sugar!
We use calorie-free erythritol to sweeten our low-carb apple pie recipe. For the best results, we recommend Xucker Bronxe, which adds a delightful caramel flavor to the pie. Additionally, we use homemade vanilla sugar for an extra touch of aroma.
Instructions
1. First, preheat the oven to 180°C (fan setting) for the low-carb apple pie.
2. Wash, core, and cut the apples into pieces. You can choose the size based on your preference. However, the smaller you cut the apples, the easier the cake will be to slice later.
3. Next, mix all the remaining ingredients, including the homemade vanilla sugar, in a bowl and fold in ¾ of the apple pieces.
4. Pour the batter into a springform pan and decorate with the remaining apples and chocolate drops.
5. Bake the low-carb apple pie for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
