Biscoff cookies without added sugar
Biscoff cookies without added sugar sounds almost too good to be true, doesn't it? But for everyone who wants to make Biscoff cookies themselves and also pay attention to their diet during the Christmas season, we have the right Biscoff cookie recipe ready.
Instructions
- Beat the butter, Xucker Bronxe and Xucker Premium, and salt with a hand mixer until creamy. Then stir in the egg. Mix the dry ingredients and add them to the butter mixture. Knead into a smooth dough and then chill for about an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) fan/convection oven.
- Now it's time to shape the Biscoff cookies. Dust the work surface with flour and sprinkle a handful of sliced almonds over them.
- Roll out the dough to about 3 millimeters thick. At this point, the Biscoff cookies can be given their characteristic shape using a special rolling pin. Alternatively, simply cut the dough into even rectangles and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them.
- Bake the Biscoff cookies for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
