Rocky road fudge chocolate bunnies with no added sugar Our Easter recipe is tempting in two versions: one with white chocolate, almond butter, and toppings, and the other with milk chocolate and rich hazelnut spread. Another plus: These chocolate Easter bunnies make perfect gifts.
Instructions
1. For the rocky road chocolate bunnies, slowly melt the Xucker chocolate over a warm (not hot) water bath. Then stir in the white almond butter or hazelnut spread.
2. Chop the almonds and dried berries and mix them into the chocolate along with the sunflower seeds and popcorn.
3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the chocolate mixture on it. Spread the mixture out until it is about 1 cm thick.
4. Refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes, then cut out the bunnies using bunny cookie cutters. Gently press to prevent them from breaking. Remove from the mold and let it harden completely.
