Low-sugar popcorn with erythritol
Our recipe for making your own popcorn is so simple and delicious, you'll wonder why you ever snacked on anything else. Our calorie-free raw sugar substitute Xucker Bronxe provides the sweetness of the caramel popcorn. Alternatively, the recipe also works with Xucker Light, Xucker's calorie-free universal sweetener. The key is to add all the ingredients together in the pot – this way, the popcorn with erythritol is coated with a crispy layer of Xucker as it pops.

Instructions
1. For our sweet, sugar-free popcorn, first heat the oil together with the Xucker and salt in a sufficiently large pot.
2. Once the Xucker has completely melted, add the popcorn and lightly fry with the lid open.
3. As soon as the first kernels pop, reduce the heat to low and put the lid on.
4. Now the pot needs to be swirled and shaken regularly to prevent the popcorn from burning.
5. Once you no longer hear popping for several seconds, the sugar-free popcorn is ready.
6. Transfer the popcorn to a bowl and swirl it frequently. This way, it cools faster and prevents it from sticking together.
7. The longer the popcorn is allowed to cool and the Xucker solidifies, the crispier the popcorn will be.
