Cheesecake with limes
Cheesecake always works! It also tastes good with limes, cream cheese and without a sugary cake base. We use soy flakes for this. If you don't have these at home, you can also use other cereal flakes. Cheesecake with limes without added sugar In this recipe we show you a fruity, fresh version of the popular cheesecake with xylitol and erythritol.
Instructions
1. Grind the soy flakes in a blender and mix them with the flaxseeds, Xucker Bronxe, and the scraped-out seeds from half a vanilla pod in a greased springform pan.
2. Add the coconut oil and press the base firmly.
3. Let it set in the refrigerator for half an hour.
4. Whip the cream cheese with Xucker, then stir in the eggs and lime juice.
5. Bake the cake at 160°C for about 50 minutes.
6. The lime cheesecake should rest in the refrigerator, ideally overnight, but at least for 3 hours.
