Pralines with homemade marzipan

Instructions
1. For the marzipan, pour boiling water over the almonds and soak for about 1 hour.
2. Then grind them very finely in a food processor or blender.
3. Now add the almond butter, powdered erythritol, and rose water and continue blending until the mixture is smooth. Knead into a ball with your hands and store in the refrigerator.
4. For the pralines, knead the marzipan mixture with the chopped nuts and rum. Roll out and cut into equal-sized pieces.
5. Now form balls. Melt the chocolate drops and dip each ball once in the melted chocolate.
6. Place the pralines on a wire rack to drain the chocolate and place a whole walnut on top of each one. Enjoy!
