Raspberry sorbet without added sugar
Making raspberry sorbet without added sugar is child's play with Xucker instead of sugar. Frozen raspberries are perfect for homemade raspberry sorbet without an ice cream maker. Instructions
1. Prepare a freezer-safe dish.
2. Put the frozen raspberries and Xucker in a blender and pour in 120 ml of cold water. Switch the blender on to the crushed ice function (if available).
3. In the meantime, squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the raspberries. Set the blender to a higher setting until a homogeneous mass is formed. Season the sorbet to taste and sweeten if necessary or add the juice of the second lemon half, depending on your taste.
4. Pour the sorbet into the freezer-safe dish and place in the freezer for an hour.
5. Stir every 15 minutes so that the raspberry sorbet does not freeze into a solid block of ice.
