How to Use Sukrin Cake Mix
  1. Step 1

    Combine the cake mix with 200 ml of water, 4 large eggs, and 100 ml neutral oil (or half oil and half sour cream/quark for a lower-fat version) in a bowl.

  2. Step 2

    Pour the batter into a greased 24 cm cake pan. Bake at 175°C for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  3. Apple Cake Variation

    Once your batter is in the pan, layer sliced apples on top and sprinkle with Sukrin and cinnamon before baking for a fruity twist.

  4. Carrot Cake Variation

    Fold 100 g of grated carrots, 3 teaspoons of cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon of baking powder into your batter for a spiced, veggie-packed cake.
